过大型断层巷道设计方案优化与工程实践

摘要: 陈四楼煤矿八采区巷道设计需穿过大型断层布置生产系统,为最大限度地减少岩巷施工工程量,同时保证巷道施工安全,采用“远距离超前探测+注浆改造灰岩含水层+注浆封堵围岩裂隙+软弱破碎围岩高强支护”等方式,优化了设计方案,增强了断层附近围岩抗压强度,封堵了灰岩含水层导水通道,在后期的工程实践中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: The roadway layout in eight mining area of Chensilou coal mine designs that through the large and medium-sized fault to decorate production system. In order to minimizing the rock tunnel construction quantities, ensuring the safety of tunnel construction at the same time, the paper using the advanced detection on longer distance, grouting reconstruction limestone aquifer, grouting seal rock fissure, the highest strength supporting methods on soft and broken surrounding rocks, to optimizing the design scheme, and enhancing the compressive strength of surrounding rock near the fault, blocked limestone aquifer water channel. The coal mine has obtained the good effect in the engineering practice later.
